Meet Eric
I started Lone Star Ring and Pinion in 2007 out of a two car garage. It has been family owned and operated since day one. I have been active in the 4wd and the racing community for 30 years. My truck went to Top Truck Challenge in 2001 for 4-Wheeler Magazine. I have been building axles for over 20 years and it is my passion. I really enjoy making them right. I also love building custom projects. There is nothing like starting something that is custom and finishing it to see the result.
I started out building rear ends for my own vehicles. Back in the day, we ran huge tires and little axles so we were building them a lot. We were hard headed, A 700 hp motor on 1/2 ton axles and 44's didn't work very well when you weren't scared to mash the gas. There were many times we just heard a big bang. I have tested the strength of many axles. I know what works and what doesn’t for just about any application. I'm happy to help answer any questions you may have and help bring your vehicle to the next level.
